Learning Outcome #4

Throughout the semester I would not of been able to improve my papers if it was not for peer review. Peer review is something we did for every paper where we worked with a small group within the class and we would read each other’s papers. To do this best you had to be honest with what you thought about the paper. If you see any that doesn’t flow well or could be moved around it is best to just tell them. When doing comments on a peers paper you cannot second guess yourself because your goal is to help them as much as possible. As I look back on my earlier reviews I would focus more on just surface error and not really put what I thought. In my last peer review I worked with Taylors essay and since it was our last essay I really wanted to help her and made sure to leave significant comments on every page.
